Amy and Kristen are THE BEST in the business, hands down. This is a huge compliment coming from a type-A person, and I notice a huge difference when I don't get to work with them. They are professional, on top of everything, communicative and friendly. They always go the extra mile to make sure all paperwork is done right, and quickly, so there are no surprises at the 11th hour (and I've had plenty of those with other escrow officers). I highly recommend Amy and Kristen, and feel blessed to have them on my team.

I have had the pleasure of working with Amy Towey for the past 9 years, and I can honestly say she is one of the very best in the business. As a Realtor, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous escrow companies and officers over the years, and Amy, Kristen, and the entire team at Fidelity are truly top-notch. Amy is the perfect combination of professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, and genuine care for the people she works with.
